Explore the calming and restorative Moon Sequence, created by Matthew Sweeney, as a complement to the dynamic Ashtanga Primary Series with Stacy Ingham.  â€‹https://www.stacyinghamyoga.com/

What is the Moon Sequence?

The Moon Sequence is a unique practice designed to balance the body and mind with a grounded and cooling energy. It offers:

  • No chaturangas, making it easier on the shoulders and wrists.

  • Rolling vinyasas to reset between sequences.

  • Deep hip openers, gentle forward folds, and supported backbends.

  • A nourishing closing sequence to leave you feeling refreshed.

It’s perfect for days when a full Ashtanga practice isn’t suitable, such as Moon Days, Ladies’ Holidays, or when recovering from injury or illness.
